How long will I have to wait before I can see the doctor?
Dr. Virella sees all his patients as soon as possible. He understands your well-being is most important, and getting you back to good health is his priority. If you have a spine or neurosurgical condition, call our office, every effort will be made so that you are seen as soon as possible, often within 24 hours after calling the office.

Is he fellowship trained?
Dr Virella is fellowship trained in complex spine surgery. This means that he has spent more time IN ADDITION to basic residency training, mastering the latest minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques. He is the only neurosurgeon in the Conejo Valley that has formal fellowship training in SPINE SURGERY.
